Health AppUse the phone Health app for supported player medical information.
Bandage — $30Buy bandages from participating convenience stores and use them from your inventory for basic self-care. A bandage restores a small amount of health and has a chance to reduce bleeding by one level.
Bandage YourselfIf you are bleeding, a bandage may slow or reduce it. It is not guaranteed to stop bleeding in one use, and serious wounds can continue to worsen. Call EMS when you cannot stabilize yourself.
Hospital Check-InWhen eligible, use the hospital check-in interaction. Hospital recovery can create a medical bill and insurance may reduce covered costs.
Bleeding & TraumaBandages are basic first aid, not full trauma treatment. Gunshots and other serious injuries need the proper EMS tools and treatment.
Do Not Meta Downed PlayersA player becoming downed does not automatically create a dispatch alert. Use realistic calls, witnesses, panic buttons, or department procedures.
Public desktops, staff computers and nearby document printers.
TVRP Interact → Use ComputerApproach a configured public workstation and choose Use Computer. Desktop apps include the options permitted on that computer; leave the desktop normally before opening another full-screen service.

Legal Aid / Public DefenderUse /legalservices to request a public defender. A Judge reviews the request and offers it to a participating licensed attorney, who can accept or decline. It is separate from direct phone lawyer calls.
/juryserviceOpt in for voluntary jury service, review invitations, accept or decline, and follow courthouse check-in instructions when selected for a hearing.
Jury Invitation → Check InJudges invite eligible volunteers to hearings. Read your invitation, reply, then check in at the courthouse when required. Invitations do not automatically make you part of every trial.
Court AppointmentSubmit an appointment request through /legalservices. Court staff can schedule or deny it; reopen the service to check the status.
Bar Examination / LicenseUse /exams for the existing Bar Examination. A valid Bar license is required before a lawyer can register in the attorney directory; taking the exam does not automatically assign a DOJ job.

/justice5View your own court-related bail requests, deposits, supervision and parole services. Judicial and police actions in this menu require their existing job permissions.
Bail HearingIf you are the named defendant on an unresolved court case, request bail through /justice5. A Judge may approve or deny it. Bail does not cancel a prison sentence.
Approved Bail → Bank PaymentIf bail is granted, follow the court menu to pay the approved bank deposit. A judge may later refund or forfeit a paid bond under a court order; payment is not an automatic prison release.
Court WarrantsCourts may issue, recall or expire warrants. Authorized on-duty police handle service. Serving a warrant records the action; arrest and custody still follow normal police roleplay.
Court SentenceAfter a completed hearing and verdict, authorized staff can issue a prison commitment. A separate verified custody action uses TVRP Prison; rulings do not instantly teleport or jail a defendant.
Probation Check-InIf under active probation, visit the courthouse Public Clerk or courtroom entrance to check in. Supported check-ins are limited to once per 24 hours; read your assigned supervision conditions.
/parolereviewReview your bail, probation and parole records, including when incarcerated. Parole applications require an active sentence and the configured minimum time served.

Official TVRP Enhanced Aviation Regulations v2.0. Helicopter licensing, safe operations, civilian and department flights, and criminal restrictions.
Official Aviation v2.0Helicopter and rotorcraft rules apply to civilian, commercial, News, Police, EMS and criminal-character flights. They supplement the Community Rules and City Laws; they do not create new criminal charges.
Flight Academy → HelicopterEvery helicopter pilot must have a valid in-character pilot license plus any additional department or commercial authorization. Use the Flight Academy for the configured training/test process, and City Hall for supported physical credentials. Buying an aircraft is not a license.
Approved Unarmed AircraftLicensed civilians may operate approved unarmed helicopters obtained through a server-approved dealership, the official TVRP Tebex store, or another Management-authorized channel. Unauthorized military or department aircraft remain restricted.
Helipads / Authorized SitesOrdinary takeoffs and landings must use established helipads, airports or specifically authorized sites. A rooftop, field or dock is not automatically approved. Avoid roads and crowds; genuine emergencies allow a reasonably safe landing with prompt notification where possible.
500 ft / 300 ft / 500 ftFor ordinary city transit, keep about 500 ft above local ground level. Maintain approximately 300 ft vertical and 500 ft horizontal aircraft separation where practicable. These are safety guidelines with departure, landing and emergency exceptions.
Controlled AirspaceBolingbroke, Police facilities, and Hospital approach/landing areas have access restrictions for unauthorized flights. Enforceable boundaries and additional controlled zones must be publicly identified by the authorized department or Management; no hidden zones or penalties.
Police / EMS PriorityUrgent authorized Police and EMS emergency flights receive appropriate priority and limited mission-necessary landing exceptions, subject to department SOP and public safety. News aircraft do not automatically receive emergency priority.
No Unsafe FlightNo reckless low-altitude buzzing, deliberate disruption, unapproved city stunts, trolling or collision abuse. Follow lawful ATC/dispatch/Police safety directions when available, and roleplay genuine accidents or forced landings.
Criminal AviationCriminal crews cannot use armed helicopters, aircraft combat support or hostile aerial scouting, and cannot switch into an aircraft to erase an active ground pursuit. A planned hostile-scene aircraft entry/escape requires advance staff approval.
Six-Player LimitA pilot, lookout, navigator or passenger actively helping a criminal/conflict scene counts toward that side’s six-person maximum, or a lower script-specific cap. Flying separately does not create an extra participant slot.
Capacity / CharterRespect supported passenger seats and cargo mechanics; no exterior passengers or inventory exploits. Commercial charter flights require the appropriate approved license and authorization. Casual unlicensed helicopter taxi services are prohibited.
City Laws §4.16In-character Airspace Violation is an offense only when a published restriction and its elements apply (presumptive $3,000 fine and 10–20 minutes, with eligible license/aircraft action). Out-of-character aviation abuse is handled separately under the Community Rules and staff appeals.

Phone BoothsUse supported prison phone booths for calls while serving a sentence.
Discover Through RPSome prison interactions and opportunities are intentionally not documented in the guidebook. Discover them naturally through roleplay and in-city exploration.
Automatic ReleaseWhen the remaining sentence reaches zero, TVRP Prison releases you, restores stored belongings/clothing, and moves you to the configured release point.
Opening-day reminders for TVRP Enhanced serious roleplay. The full official rules remain authoritative on Discord.
Serious RPTVRP Enhanced is a serious roleplay server. Play to create believable scenes and ongoing stories, not simply to win mechanics, farm gunfights, or treat the city like GTA Online.
Value LifeValue your character’s life, react realistically to credible threats, and use believable escalation. Gunplay should be a last resort rather than the default answer to conflict.
Max 6Until Management opens whitelisted gangs or organizations, a coordinated civilian/criminal side may have no more than 6 active participants in a conflict scene. A lower script or activity cap always overrides this limit.
No RDM / VDMViolence requires clear roleplay and valid initiation. Do not randomly attack players or intentionally use vehicles as weapons. Accidents should be stopped for and roleplayed.
Stay ICRemain in character during active scenes. Do not use Discord, streams, player lists, another character’s knowledge, or other out-of-character information to benefit your character. Finish the scene and report rule issues afterward.
No ExploitsDo not exploit bugs, desync, menus, inventory behavior, interiors, animations, or other unintended mechanics. Do not transfer assets between your own characters through friends, businesses, or storage.
Robbery RPPlayer robberies need a believable in-character reason or criminal scenario. Do not chain-rob random players or completely inventory-wipe someone merely because the mechanics allow it.
NLRRoleplay injuries and medical treatment. If you respawn or see the light, forget the final 15 minutes before death, do not return to the scene, and do not restart the same revenge through another player.
Whitelisted JobsPolice, EMS, DOJ, mechanics, reporters, and other whitelisted roles must follow their department SOPs in addition to community rules. Job-only equipment, records, access, and information may not be distributed to unauthorized players.
discord.gg/thevaultrpThe complete TVRP Enhanced Serious Roleplay Community Rules are maintained on the official Discord. Discord is the authoritative source when wording or policy is updated.
Official City Laws v2.0 (approved October 20, 2026). In-character rights and common statutes; the published Penal Code remains authoritative.
Remain SilentDuring custodial interrogation you may remain silent and cannot be compelled to provide testimonial evidence against yourself. Voluntary statements may be used as evidence.
CounselA clear request for counsel starts a recorded 10-real-minute attorney response period. If none is reasonably available, processing may continue. A responding attorney may consult privately for up to 25 minutes unless extended by agreement or court order.
IdentificationA person lawfully detained or arrested must provide accurate identifying information when reasonably requested for the investigation. Mere presence in public does not by itself require identification.
Record PoliceYou may observe, photograph, or record law enforcement performing official duties in public so long as you do not physically interfere with, obstruct, or unlawfully compromise an active operation.
SearchesPrivate residences ordinarily require a warrant unless a lawful exception applies. Vehicle searches may be based on a warrant, valid consent, probable cause, lawful impound inventory, or another recognized exception.
Castle DoctrineA lawful occupant has no duty to retreat from an unlawful forcible entry, but deadly force is limited to situations where it is reasonably necessary to prevent imminent death, serious bodily injury, or a forcible felony.
TrafficTraffic laws cover signals, lanes, yielding, licensing, registration, DWI, reckless driving, hit and run, and speeding. Speeding tiers are 1-19 MPH over, 20-39 MPH over, and 40+ MPH over.
WeaponsWeapon possession and carry are subject to State licensing, registration, prohibited-location, and weapon-class rules. Police-issued firearms licensing and the full weapon classifications are defined in the official Penal Code.
Intent MattersPossession of a lockpick, tool, or repair item alone is not enough for a burglary-tools charge. Officers need articulable evidence showing intent to use the item for a property offense.
PenaltiesOfficial City Laws v2.0 retain the existing published offense classes, fines and jail ranges. Routine booking normally totals at most 90 real minutes; a supported Major Felony permits up to 120 minutes total without judicial order. Lesser-included duplicate charges merge.
7 daysMost civil claims must be filed within seven real-world days through an approved timestamped court intake. A verified outage affecting all official filing channels tolls the deadline and allows at least 24 hours after restoration.
In-Character DeathAn injury or downed animation alone does not prove an in-character death. Police/courts evaluate medical or scene evidence. Permanent character deletion remains governed by TVRP community consent rules.
90 / 120 minOrdinary booking is generally limited to 90 real-world minutes total. A booking with a supported Major Felony may reach 120 minutes total without a judicial order. These caps are per booking, not per charge.
Road Speed LimitsSpeeding remains 1–19, 20–39 or 40+ MPH above a posted or publicly published lawful limit. Officers cannot create unpublished speed limits after a traffic stop.
Class I / II / IIILicensing and registration are separate legal requirements. Use a published DOJ weapon-model classification schedule; where incomplete, licensed civilian dealer weapons retain the Penal Code Class I presumption.
discord.gg/thevaultrpRead the approved TVRP Enhanced Constitution & Penal Code v2.0 on the official Discord for exact definitions and penalties. This in-game summary is not a replacement for the published lawbook.
Some parts of TVRP are intentionally learned in character rather than through a manual.
Explore & RoleplayCriminal activities, hidden contacts, illegal opportunities, their requirements, and their progression are intentionally not explained in /guidebook. Discover them naturally through roleplay, exploration, and connections in the city.
Stay In CharacterIf an activity is meant to be discovered, use in-character information and city interactions rather than expecting staff or this guidebook to reveal how to start it.
Safe first steps for common player-side issues.
/resetradio_uiReset radio NUI focus and close the radio interface.
Garage → Check AccessIf an EMS or Police fleet garage displays zero available vehicles, verify your active department job, duty status and garage interaction first. If it still shows zero, send staff the exact garage name and a screenshot. Staff must check fleet registration and garage records; do not use admin repair commands as a player.
/refreshskinSafely refresh your saved character appearance.
/clearstuckpropsClear appearance props that failed to detach.
/fixweaponsRefresh supported weapon sling/back props.
/paintballrecoverRecover from supported paintball-state problems.
Backspace / ESCBackspace cancels supported Player Actions and emotes. ESC closes most TVRP interfaces.
Y KeyBoth Qbox cruise control and TVRP car music currently default to Y. Use /carplay or rebind one of the FiveM controls if Y triggers both.
FiveM SettingsMost registered keybinds can be changed under Settings → Key Bindings → FiveM. The guidebook shows server defaults.
TVRP Discord TicketIf a player-facing system remains broken after the safe fixes above, open a TVRP Discord support ticket with what you were doing and any visible error.
Serious RP language, useful terminology, and when to handle issues out of character.
Community Rule 7During active roleplay, do not discuss keybinds, Discord, streams, game mechanics, player IDs, staff reports, or server logs. Do not disguise those topics with made-up IC codewords.
OOC onlyThese common FiveM phrases describe crashes, performance issues, or server restarts. They are not required terms and should not be used to interrupt or disguise OOC conversation in a live scene.
Avoid CodewordsDo not invent a roleplay excuse for AFK status, Discord conversations, or other OOC topics. Handle technical matters out of character through the appropriate support channel.
Natural IC SpeechOrdinary words about carried belongings or city residents are fine in character. A body camera should only be discussed when your character plausibly possesses a real in-world camera.
No MetagamingDo not use information from streams, clips, Discord, other characters, or outside maps as knowledge your current character did not earn in roleplay.
Report PrivatelyAfter an unintended disconnect, try to reconnect and resume the active scene when possible. Report technical bugs or staff concerns with details through the official TVRP Discord ticket process.
thevaultrp.com/roleplay-guide.htmlFor a beginner-friendly explanation of common FiveM terminology, see the public website guide. The official approved Server Rules remain authoritative.
