Player help

Get back to your story.

Find quick answers for common player problems and learn how to report an issue when you need staff assistance.

Start with the right resource

Solve the simple things first.

Most questions about controls, job locations and getting started can be answered without opening a support ticket. Issues involving bugs, access or player conduct need the appropriate community channel.

I cannot find a keybind or command

Open /guidebook in game and search for the feature. You can also use the website's public command reference. FiveM key bindings are customizable, so a default shown on a website may differ from your settings.

For common actions, look in the radial menu before assuming a typed command is required.

I cannot locate a public job or service

Open the interactive public map and filter for jobs, licensing, government, emergency services and other marked locations. It uses postal-map artwork and public reference points, not real-time position tracking.

Use in-game GPS prompts where the job supplies them; restricted or discoverable locations are intentionally excluded from the website.

I'm not sure whether a scene is allowed

Consult the official Server Rules before participating, particularly for group limits, initiation, harassment, combat and exploitation. City laws are a separate in-character legal framework.

If a real-time dispute occurs, handle the situation according to the rules and use staff support for reports. The website's simplified tips do not override official policy.

Connection and game issues

When something isn't working.

Cannot connect to TVRP Enhanced

  1. Use the official TVRP Enhanced FiveM join page rather than an old saved server address.
  2. Check whether the game client and server are available. Follow Discord announcements for any planned restarts or service issues.
  3. Read the full error message. A server-side access issue and a local client crash are different problems.
  4. If the issue continues, open an official support ticket and include the exact message and what happened just before it.

Something breaks during a job

  1. Read the on-screen task instructions and verify you are at the correct location and interaction point.
  2. Check the in-game guidebook for job-specific instructions. Some routes require vehicle position, loading steps or equipment handling.
  3. If the prompt remains stuck or the task does not respond, do not exploit the bug or force repeated interactions.
  4. Report the job name, the step you were on and what the game displayed using the official support ticket panel.

Helpful reporting

Give staff enough detail to reproduce it.

Describe the result

State what you were trying to do and what actually happened. For example: the job reached a pickup but the next task would not trigger. Avoid just saying "the job is broken."

Include useful context

Provide the feature or location name, approximate time, the message shown on-screen and any steps that reproduce the issue. Include a screenshot or short recording if the support channel permits it.

Respect your privacy

Do not paste passwords, login tokens, private account information or payment details into public chat. If billing or account information is involved, use the designated private support process.

Quick answers

Common questions.

Can I join civilian work without a department application?
Many civilian jobs are offered through the public Job Center. Whitelisted departments and certain specialized roles use recruitment or approval processes. See the civilian career guide for distinctions.
Where should I ask a technical question during roleplay?
Use official support channels rather than disrupting active roleplay with out-of-character troubleshooting. You can consult the public guidebook for common instructions.
Why doesn't a published key match my game?
Keys can be changed in FiveM settings or by server configuration. Look up the current action in the game's key-binding menu; the website lists defaults, not guaranteed personal settings.
Can the public city map show another player's location?
No. The website provides postal artwork and approximate public location markers. It does not track active players or their live position.
Still need help?

Use the official ticket panel.

Explain what happened and include the details needed for staff to review the issue.
